You don't need a box to make a return to AG? I don't save the boxes-and I have 2 sets of Kit's Work Boots that I ended up having with no box, could I still return them?

I don't think you need to! Yes, I just remembered I returned Kit's bed and got a new one because it was wobbly adn we sent it in a different box.

*grins* the solution is so obvious. I don't like talking to CS or on the phone really to people I don't know-so I hoped that I could find an answer here.

I've returned several things without the boxes. It's no problem!
